CELEBRATING 44 YEARS OF RADIO CONTROL FLIGHT
The Aquidneck R/C Flyers, Inc was established in 1967 and was located on Aquidneck Island. Originally our membership included mainly residents of Newport, Portsmouth, and Middletown, RI. Today our members come from all of Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts. To reflect this we changed our name to Old Timers R/C Flyers Inc. in 2008.
We became an AMA Chartered Club in 1975 (#581) and were incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1979. The Club operates in accordance with its published by-laws and the Rhode Island Nonprofit Corporation Act.
